Worry The Moon

I won’t worry the moon.
If you won’t stay in the room.
Maybe we quit too soon.
We let our fits baloon.

I won’t shed any tears.
If you won’t share any years.
Maybe love faded to fears.
Grated our cadence in beers.

But I won’t worry the moon.
It’s up all night.
Why trouble the stars?
With the scars of my blight?

I won’t worry the moon.
If it’s mean’t, we’ll see dawn.
I’ll sleep well in our bed.
In my head, though, you’re gone.
